In addition to being a great day to early vote, October 24 marks the 80th Anniversary of the Fair Labor Standards Act! This vital piece of pro-labor policy, enacted on October 24, 1940, banned child labor and established the minimum wage, 40-hour work week, and time-and-a-half overtime pay. Join us as we celebrate this important day in Labor Movement history by casting our votes for candidates who will work with us to continue building our movement!
